Wholesale Customers Only

Raincity Wholesale is a business-to-business wholesale supplier.

By creating an account or placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 21 years old;
• You are authorized to act for the business listed on the account;
• The information you provide is accurate;
• You possess any required business licenses or resale permits; and
• Your purchase, possession, resale, and use of our products are lawful.

Raincity Wholesale may request identification, business licenses, resale certificates, or other verification before approving an account or processing an order.

Lawful Use

Products are sold only for lawful purposes.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products sold by Raincity Wholesale do not include tobacco, cannabis, nicotine, controlled substances, or consumable materials.

The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, shipment, resale, and use of products.

Raincity Wholesale may refuse or cancel any order that appears unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Accounts

Wholesale accounts are subject to approval.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for activity conducted through their accounts.

Accounts and wholesale pricing may not be shared with unauthorized businesses or individuals.

Orders and Pricing

Prices, discounts, inventory, and product availability may change without notice.

A quote request does not constitute an accepted order. An order is accepted only after Raincity Wholesale confirms the order and payment is received or approved.

Raincity Wholesale reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing or description errors;
• Limit quantities;
• Set minimum order requirements;
• Reject or cancel orders;
• Refund unavailable products; and
• Request additional verification.

The final invoice controls if there is a difference between the website, quote, sales communication, or invoice.

Payment

Raincity Wholesale accepts:

• Credit and debit cards;
• Zelle; and
• Venmo.

Credit and debit card payments may be processed through the website checkout.

Zelle and Venmo payments are accepted only when official payment instructions are provided directly by Raincity Wholesale.

Customers must not send payments to any account that has not been officially confirmed by Raincity Wholesale.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and confirmed.

Taxes

Customers are responsible for applicable sales, use, excise, customs, import, or similar taxes unless Raincity Wholesale has accepted a valid resale or exemption certificate.

Handmade Product Variations

Product photographs are provided for reference.

Colors, dimensions, patterns, shapes, finishes, and minor details may vary, especially for handmade or hand-finished glass products.

Reasonable variations that do not materially affect product function are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, product photographs, videos, catalogs, product names, written materials, graphics, and Raincity-branded designs are owned by or licensed to Raincity Wholesale.

Customers may use approved product images only to advertise genuine products purchased from Raincity Wholesale.

Customers may not copy, manufacture, reproduce, modify, or distribute proprietary Raincity Wholesale designs or branding without written permission.

Prohibited Activity

Customers may not:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• Submit false business or payment information;
• Access another customer’s account;
• Circumvent account approval;
• Copy or scrape protected website content;
• Interfere with website security; or
• Use Raincity Wholesale trademarks without permission.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except where an express written warranty is provided.

Raincity Wholesale does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raincity Wholesale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the website, products, shipping delays, resale, or misuse of products.

Raincity Wholesale’s total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or a transaction with Raincity Wholesale must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Pierce County, Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Raincity Wholesale may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.
