Shipping policy

Shipping Area
Raincity Wholesale currently ships only within the continental United States.
We do not currently provide standard shipping to:
- Alaska;
- Hawaii;
- Puerto Rico;
- Other United States territories;
- International destinations; or
- P.O. boxes, unless specifically approved in writing.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after:
- The order is approved;
- Payment is received and confirmed;
- Wholesale account verification is completed; and
- Complete shipping information is provided.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Large orders, custom products, special orders, payment verification, backorders, or address issues may require additional processing time.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery generally takes approximately 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
Delivery may take approximately 7 to 10 business days or longer depending on:
- Customer location;
- Carrier delays;
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Holidays;
- Transportation interruptions;
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses; or
- Other circumstances outside Raincity Wholesale’s reasonable control.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on destination, weight, dimensions, packaging requirements, carrier, and service level.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or included in the final invoice.
Tracking
Tracking information will generally be provided when available.
Tracking may not update immediately after a shipping label is created.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and arranging for someone to receive the shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Raincity Wholesale is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Customers may be responsible for address correction fees, return shipping, reshipping, storage, or carrier charges.
Delivery
An order is considered delivered when the carrier’s tracking information shows delivery to the address provided by the customer.
A signature may be required depending on order value, destination, carrier, product type, or fraud risk.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Damaged, missing, broken, or incorrect products should be reported within 5 business days and must be reported no later than 7 business days after confirmed delivery.
Customers must retain the shipping box, product, and all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Customers must contact Raincity Wholesale promptly if a package appears lost or is marked delivered but cannot be located.
Raincity Wholesale will reasonably assist with carrier claims but does not guarantee reimbursement for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
