Refund policy

Raincity Wholesale accepts authorized returns subject to the terms below.
Return Requests
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
All returns require prior written authorization from Raincity Wholesale. Products returned without authorization may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unused;
- Undamaged and unaltered;
- Free from smoke, residue, oil, odor, or contamination;
- In the original packaging;
- Complete with all parts and accessories; and
- In resalable condition.
Approved standard returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any damage that occurs during return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by Raincity Wholesale.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products
Customers should report damaged, broken, missing, or incorrect products within 5 business days after delivery, and all claims must be submitted no later than 7 business days after confirmed delivery.
Claims submitted after 7 business days may be denied.
The customer must provide:
- Business name;
- Invoice or order number;
- Product name or item number;
- Quantity affected;
- A description of the problem;
- Clear photographs of the affected product;
- Photographs of the outside shipping box;
- Photographs of the internal packaging; and
- A photograph of the shipping label.
The customer must keep the product, box, and packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
After reviewing an approved claim, Raincity Wholesale may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, replacement parts, or another appropriate resolution.
Minor differences in color, pattern, shape, dimensions, or finish in handmade products are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not returnable unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Used products;
- Products exposed to smoke, oils, residue, or other substances;
- Custom-made or private-label products;
- Special-order products;
- Clearance or final-sale products;
- Products missing packaging, accessories, or parts;
- Products damaged after delivery; and
- Products not purchased directly from Raincity Wholesale.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before processing, packaging, production, or shipment begins.
Custom, private-label, or special-order products cannot be canceled after production or procurement has started.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned products are received and inspected.
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Banks, card issuers, Zelle, and Venmo may require additional processing time.
